The proper collector

This includes not only the proper sizing of the unit but also the configuration for space requirements and the specific application (round units, square, sanitary, etc.). We have completed units of various materials and configurations including a wide range of small, efficient collectors for dedicated service.

Proper air handling and filter media

We have worked with a range of medias for abrasive, sticky, hot, and other unique products. We have also collected oil and slurry mists as well.

Hooding

Perhaps the most critical element of a dust collection system (and most overlooked) is the hooding designs to ensure that product really gets picked up. We have done a wide variety of designs and hoods to properly collect different airborne materials.
